we have the duty to ensure our children are healthy. if we let them eat whatever they want it's going to affect their health their entire life. it may even shorten their life. i don't know of any parent who wants to see their children have health problems. this is common sense folks.
it starts with us. if we eat unhealthy foods our kids will too. we can't just let them go out and eat fast food and have a bunch of candy at school. it may take more time money and preparation but creating a healthy diet routine will help ensure the health of our kids for the rest of their lives. it's time we start making a difference. ignorance is no excuse. we need to step up and be better parents.
